Recent studies show that nearly half of Fortune 500 companies utilize eLearning for employee training and development. There are also millions of users with accounts on sites like Skillshare, Udemy, and of course YouTube for personal learning.

eLearning is shown to be more effective in terms of retention of new information than in-person training. Where the latter shows rates of 8-10%, eLearning can often reach anywhere from 25-60% according to recent studies.

Why Hire Dallas for your eLearning Project?

Expertise in Training and Development

As a former technical consultant, part of my job was drafting, presenting, and recording content for knowledge-sharing. I created “survival guides” for new business processes and captured obscure, complex solutions to problems for later reference. I know how important it is to deliver the information effectively, emphasizing the right words and phrases for clarity.

Approachable and Encouraging Male eLearning Voiceover

Learning is uncomfortable. It’s intimidating. But it can be made so much more accessible by talking to your audience, rather than at them.

When students, employees, users, etc. sense that someone actually wants them to succeed, and is there to support them instead of just talking over their heads, they relax. When they relax, they feel more comfortable taking on the challenge of learning something new. I love those “light bulb moments” where you can see something start to click in someone’s head, and I aim to incorporate that care and attention into my work.

Engaging with Your Content to Educate Your Audience

Think back to your days in high school or college. We can all remember certain teachers, for better or worse. What made the good ones stand out? For most of us, we probably think of teachers who were engaging, who sounded interested in their subject. Teachers who sound like they are talking to us rather than just repeating a lesson plan hold our attention better. It also helps if the person is confident and sounds like they know what they are talking about.

Consistent and Clear Delivery

If you’re listening to music and suddenly a new song starts that is louder, faster, and a completely different genre than what you were just listening to, it demands your attention and shatters your focus.

The same is true of voiceover. eLearning often necessitates multiple, long-form modules, and when your audience is in the zone, focused on what you have to say and making progress, you want to keep them there.

I have experience with these longer projects, not only in eLearning, but in audiobooks and YouTube narration. I maintain a steady pace, consistent delivery, and the same friendly tone all the way through.

eLearning Voice Over FAQ

What genres of eLearning do you do?

All kinds! I enjoy learning new things myself as much as I love to help others learn! Even if I’m not already familiar with your content, I’m more than happy to go over the material to give myself a foundation before I begin narrating. As for specific genres:

Computer and Software Training (IT)

This was my job for years! Learning new applications or updated IT policies and bringing that information back to my colleagues was how I became a Technical Consultant in the first place. I am accustomed to relaying complex, technical information in a way that is more approachable and easier to comprehend.

Employee Onboarding

Welcoming new employees to the company and encouraging them to succeed from the start can make a world of difference! I’ve done onboarding for colleagues ranging from recent college graduates to physician executive leaders.

Ethics and Compliance

Perhaps not the most engaging topic, but a necessary one nonetheless. I can bring a dynamic yet professional tone to your modules to keep your employees focused on the material.

Safety and Best Practices

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Safety is critical in the workplace. I can ensure your training is delivered with clarity while underscoring the gravity of the situation.

Certification Prep

Pearson Vue reported in 2025 that employees who completed certifications produced higher quality work on the job. Let me help you invest in your employees’ development by bringing an engaging voice to your educational resources.

Continuing Education

Classes and sessions for continuing education credits (CEUs, PDUs, etc.) are a great resource to offer, and making them on-demand rather than scheduled live can make them much easier to access and complete.

Leadership Training

Leadership seminars require a professional, confident tone to ensure your audience takes your message seriously. During my time in corporate healthcare, I helped to facilitate community health executive conferences across the country, and I’m comfortable with this form of delivery.

Online Courses and Classes

And anything else you can think of! YouTube tutorials, classes on any topic you can think of that you intend to sell online. Let’s discuss your ideas!

And any other project for which you need a professional male eLearning voiceover artist!

Why do I need to hire a male eLearning voiceover talent? Can't I just record the modules myself?

Sure you could, but there are reasons you might not want to take that approach.

Someone (they don’t have to be male!) trained in voiceover and who has a professional studio to work with will have a much easier time getting quality sound for your eLearning modules. Not to mention, long-form narration like eLearning can take quite a bit of time to complete. It’s not just reading, but then re-reading to correct mistakes, editing, and listening back to make sure everything is perfect.

Rather than you spending that much more time on a project that already has so many moving parts, I can produce high-quality files, separated and named to your specifications, and ready to use right away.

What is your policy on revisions?

I want you to be completely satisfied with the audio we produce together for your project, and sometimes, you hear the first draft and realize you want to change some things with your script. That’s a normal part of the process, in my opinion.

Generally, I provide up to two rounds of revisions (involving up to 50% of the original script) as part of my standard rates. We can discuss additional changes on a case-by-case basis.

Pronunciation mistakes or missing words are corrected for free, of course.

My company only hires from casting sites. How can I work with you?

Not a problem! You can find me here on Voices.com and you’re welcome to message me directly on the platform.

If you or your company prefer other platforms, feel free to message me and we can discuss them!
