First thing about me (or the most generally relevant if you’re here), is I’m a professional voice over artist! You probably figured that out already, right? But my path to get to where I am now has been…unusual.

See, I did everything the “right way” at first. Went to college, got the degree, got my foot in the door with a big company. Followed all the steps, right? Then I spent over ten years working in corporate operations support, primarily as a Technical Consultant. It became my job to learn complex programs and processes, and then train others on the same. I also created and managed a library of training videos and troubleshooting guides. Basically, I made a living as the resident computer geek on business teams (and I loved it!)

Sadly, there was a change in the company’s business model. Like so many others across most industries, I and several hundred others found our positions eliminated. As I began the search for a new job, I knew there were things I wanted to keep. Sharing information with others, be it training or other communication, was important to me.

And that's when I started exploring voice over.

Very early on, I began to realize (much to my surprise) what an edge my background gave me. I know how to navigate the corporate landscape comfortably because I did exactly that for years. Training modules and walkthroughs are things I’ve made for most of my career. Even coming to voice over later than some, I brought experience and skills that others might not have.

And I’ve branched out from there! While Corporate Narration, eLearning, and Explainer videos are still main parts of my career, they aren’t all I do. I’ve trained on and work in Commercials. I also do character work. In fact, you can hear me in the original sci-fi audiodrama, Fallen Orbit, written and produced by J.D. Kelly.

All this to say, I love my job, and I bring a unique blend of experience and perspective to it. I look forward to working with you!
